I140 Denied , Need Help!

I have received email from uscis stating my I140 is denied, I am waiting for physical document.
I have valid H1B till Feb 2010 (completing 6yrs), I have valid EAD till 2011, valid Travel document. May 2010
Last year I visited india and did not stamp my visa, While coming back i used the travel document and i got I-94 till May-2009

I have few questions.
1. As i have used the AP(I have not used EAD yet), will it make my H1B invalid.
2. Can i extend my H1B
3. What are all option available for 140, can I reaply as Appeal takes lot of time.

I dont know the reason yet i will post the reason once i receive the documet

Urgent Help require I 140 deined

I have received the denial letter against the RFE resopnse i have sent. RFE was for the experience letter for 4 year prior applying the labour. As my labour was saying person must have the experience in c++,VC++,C#, ORACLE, ASP.Net. ASP.

I have submitted the latest letter stating all the above experience for 38 month which is sort by 10 month. But I submitted the old letters as well which does not say anything about the ************ i worked on.

In denial letter USCIS is saying that they will not consider these letters. They will consider only 38 months experience. Now I dont know what to do.
I submitted evrything else they asked for which they are ok with.

I talked to my lawyer she is saying that we can Appeal against these and and asking me to see if i can get some more current letters with the ************ i worked on. and also apply for new labour.

Will they consider my Appeal if i provide some more letter if i get it what else i can do.

I i apply for new labour now, will they consider my H1b extenstion which is expiring on FEB 2010 (Completing the 6 years) based on new labour.

Please reply, Its very URgent
