I140 denied,appealed,sent to AAO yesterday,LUD changed again today???

My I140 denied (no RFE) on "combination of education", appealed in April. Yesterday sent to AAO and today LUD changed again. What's going on? I am worried.
 
Thank UnitedNations. I have already started PERM. Since I have a second labor filed last year in July, can I use that as PD for I485?
