I140 Denied and re-appealed

Hello,

My I140 got denied on Feb12th and my attorney did not give the details of the rejection. But he re-appealed on the 1st week of march and he told me that there is no issue with your education (Bachelors 4yrs) or experience(7yrs) or with my employer financial's. Mine is filed under EB2. Till date there is no change in my I140 status and my attorney asked to wait and see for 2more weeks.

I would like to know what are the likely chances of getting approved and usually what is the turn around time when it is re-appealed.

I appreciate if someone guides me. Thanks in advance.
 
Used In-Combination for EB2

The reason for denail is my attorney used the term In-Combination for applying under EB2 and same has been used for LC too. I have B.Tech(4yrs) degree + more than 5yrs of experience but still got denied. Attorney has filed MTR and waiting for the response from USCIS.

Please advice is B.Tech(4yrs) degree + 5yrs of experience does not qualify for EB2?
