EB3 Work Experience
USCIS has denied my I140 with substituted based on the reason - not meeting 5 years of work experience criteria from the date of aplication of the substituted labor to my completion of bachelor's degree. Could someone let me know if we need to show 5 plus years of work experince while applying in EB3 category. I have a B.E in electronics and communication.
B.E completed date - 2001
substituted labor date - dec 2004 . The labor is EB2.But it was applied in EB3 category for us.
Can we appleal in this situation
