All, question about correlation between I140 and ETA 750B, the labor cert application section that refers to the experience and skills of the alien.
My labor cert requires 2 years experience in Skill X among other things.
I have those 2 years experience using Skill X, to build circuits. But the ETA 750B just says about my experience, "For 2 years, worked on building circuits", it does not mention Skill X.
However, my experience letter does say that I used Skill X to build circuits for 2 years.
So I will be able to use this, correct? Or will USCIS hold my feet to the fire and say that it wasn't mentioned in ETA750B, so I don't have experience in Skill X.
