Hi all,
I have been working in this company( founded on 1996 ) on h1b for 6 yrs was now it has only 3 employees. It had positive revenue in 2003 but had negative revenue in 2002 & 2004. My LC is approved(PD April03). I was on disability for 1.5 yrs due to medical reasons and paid by disability until came back to work 8 months ago. Now I am ready to file I140. Our company is getting more business and is getting in better shape financially. So what are the chances of getting approved or RFE?
1. Does companys revenue matters?
2. Does me being in disability matters(i was paid 65% of total salary)
Please suggest?
