In case there is a RFE for a public company's financial situation, could the attorney just submit a company's annual statement?

One of my friends lost her job and got a RFE for company financials. Her attorney is willing to help her out. But she doesn't want her company know about this. The question here is: will BCIS accept the annucal financial statement in this case?

Depends on the type of RFE.

If RFE is for company financial then the previous 2 year company financial would suffice.

If RFE is for company ability to pay, then you need to get a letter from the company HR. But if the lawyer supports you, then you can claim that the GC is for future employment and just get with company financial.
