I asked my lawyer to call, and tried myself the 1800 number. Two officers had two different answers, one just read through what the web page said, another one asked me to send a letter for address change, I moved after submit I140, but sent AR 11, anyway I will send letter to VSC for address changing. My laywer and I can not get throgh the 802# always busy, will try again.
Anyone in the same boat?
