Need help on Interim EAD
My wife got second EAD where validity dates are incorrect due to administrative error.
(Instead of Dec’03 to Dec04, they issued for Dec’ 04 to Dec’05)

I sent original EAD and other related documents to USCIS(two months back). As usual I didn’t get any update from great USCIS till now.
Here is my question what is interim EAD; can I apply for interim EAD for my wife in this situation…if so what is the procedure? Do I need to take appointment with local INS?

Any response to my request will be greatly appreciated.

Congrats...Yes.. you can get an interim EAD for your wife. You have to take an appointment with the Boston INS office and take all the appropriate documents from the lawyer and /or company.

I am in PA, still do I need to go to Boston? What are the documents I need to take with me?
