Have had a long wait for this but does feel good to get out of the frustrating wait. The online status states that my application was approved on November 13th, 2003. Good luck to all of you still waiting!

What was the qualification of the original Labor holder, is he a 3 yrs degree holder or 4 yrs degree holder?

I am not sure what the original LC holder's qualifications were, however the LC was approved for Bachelors or equivalent with the note that the Employer (my company) would accept experience in lieu of education.

I have a B.Sc. and a 2 year diploma from Datapro InfoWorld.

Wanted to ask you for some info regarding education equivalency as I have a 3-year Bachelors Degree (B.Sc) along with 2 year Diploma from Datapro Information Technology, Bangalore. It would do me a lot good if you could provide me the contact info of the Credential Evaluators for your case as I would prefer to have them evaluate my credentials.

My I-140 was filed just only 3 months ago.

Unfortunately, I do not know who the two evaluating agencies are as this was handled by my employer. If I understood what I was told by my employer, the names of the two evaluating agencies was sent by BCIS.

Anyway, do not worry about your application as long as the LC is correct.
