Does any body know that if Vermont is processing 140 cases which are not concurrently filed.
My notice date is 01/07/03 and I see few of you already got notified, that makes me wonder if they are only processing the concurrent cases

i am in the same boat..

Even I did not file I-140 and I-485 together. I filed my I-140 in March, 2003

I dont have an answer for you..but answer for your question will also give me hope.
