I140 Approved

Hi All,

I have a great news to share, MY Amended I140 has been approved. The details are as below.

I140 RD : June 5th 2002,
ND : June 17th 2002.

Applied for Amendement on Nov 7th 2002 due to Merger. Altough the Online case status message says that it is still pending I have called the lawyers and they said that they have recieved the approval notice 4th sep.

It's been a long wait, I have seen some May thru July filers still waiting for the I140 approval this is for them, "I know it is a very unpleasant wait but Hang in guys and you will get there slowly but surely". Wish you all best of luck

Hi Congrats on the I140 approval.

Just curious when you filed I140 amedment, did you get
the same receipt number as your original I140's?

I filed I140 admendment for some other reason, but I got
the sepearte receipt number, which has not been linked
to my original one yet.

Your lawyer received the approval on September 4th, and it got as far as September 17th and they hadn't called you to let you know yet?? Ouch!!

I -140 Receipt date : 20th Dec 2002
I -140 Approve date : 17th Sep 2003

I -485 Receipt Date : 24th April 2003
I -485 Approve date : Waiting for
