Checked the Online Status, it came back with the status
"The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found ..."

Called up the NCSC & learnt that my case was approved on
Sep' 08, 2003

The following are my details,

Cat: EB3, Concurrent Filing
I140 ND: July' 22, 2002
I140 AD: Sep' 08, 2003, No RFE's
I485 ND: Sep' 24, 2002

I had sent my EAD renewal app in the last week of August.
Looks like that's what triggered the processing of my I140

It was a long wait & Iam glad that it's over.
Iam getting prepared for another long wait.

I wish goodluck to all the filers who are waiting for their Approval.

thanks,
ind15

Congrats!

It is not only your EAD application that triggered the approval, your 485 ND is Sep 24th, that date also matters.....
Congrats! I applied my EAD extension on July 21st and got the card by mail on Sep 12th... My 140 ND is 06/12/02 and 485 ND is 09/26/02..... Awaiting approval!

Hi SNOWBELL!

How long before you need to file for EAD extension? Did u file yourself - oneline or by post? What Documents are required?

Is it necessary to have I-765 INS receipts or just the paper on which the earlier EAD came.

Thanks in advance for your reply:)

Anxious...

I filed it 120 days before the expiration date...
It is easy to file, online and please refer to my posting on EAD Renewals on this site.

I have sent the following docs
1. Confirmation notice of EAD E-filing
2. Copy of Front and back of present EAD
3. Mailer sent by VSC, with my previous EAD approval
4. Copy of Front and back of my I-94
5. Copy of my I-485 petition
6. Copy of my I-140 petition

iEAD Documents

I just filed my iEAD today.
I am not sure but - the only documents that it asked me to mail was - my I-485 receipt along with the EAD filing receipt. Did it ask you t mail all the documents you sent or you just sent them?
Thanks

reply for sb_tiger

I've sent the documents based on the list provided by our friends in various threads.... I am not sure whether it is mandatory. **the website didn't ask me to furnish the docs***
