Just wanted to share with u that My I140 has been approved on 9th May. Long and agonizing wait it had been for me but now it's over.

ND : ??? don't know

Does anyone's EAD was approved?

the INS message said it only take 60-75 days.
but it is far more than 75 days.
Does anyone know the reason?

After my I-140 approval on 05/09, my EAD has been approved today, i.e. 05/13.

It seems that four months waiting is long and panic for you guys but for us who comes from TSC and VSC, we will be so happy if we can get approved in four months. Some guys have to wait for more than one year. Anyway, we are in a same boat in some sense. Best wishes && good luck for your I485.
