INS asked for
1)diploma ( I did sent it before, have to send again )
2)company tax return( sent a rough financial report at first time and company refused to give tax return to me, i had to use more detailed audited financial report to replace it , downloaded from company website)
3)and copy of pay stab .
Although INS web said it is a RFE for I140, my lawyer found that it written on the notice that application type is for I485. called INS officer, they said it is OK because they thought it is concurrent filing.
