Did you apply from Vermont.
Is it substitute labor.
mine is RD 02/23/05 , ND 02/28/05
except FP received, I did not get approved anything.

You should get it in a weeks time. Mine was approved within a week from the 140 approval date.
 
For the LC substitution case and concurrent filling, which one gets the approval first, I140 or i765?
