Hi Folks

I have been a silent observer of this fourm over the past 1 year.I got my I140 approved on Feb 23rd 2005 so i thought I will share it with the forum.Still waiting for my I485.I had thought the I485 will be approved with the I140 .

I140/I485 Concurrently filed March 1st 2004
Priority Date May 2001
Center - NSC
Category EB3
I140 AD 02/23/2005 (LUD changed on 02/23/2005)
I485 - Waiting(LUD has not changed after FP)
2nd EAD & AP approved on January 27th 2005
 
Congrats IWAITFORGC,

That was nice to read from your first thread. However, you really had patience to be waiting since 2001 and never loosing your lid on NSC or USCIS (INS).

Hopefully your 485 is on the way.
