Thanks to God's grace my I140 is approved! I didn't subscribe to BCICS mailing list. I was just checking my status online by putting my receipt number and came to know about my I140 approval.
Also on the BCICS website for my I485 the message still remains the same saying..
"Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on June 17, 2004. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case"
Seems like they never touched my I485 file because june 17 is the date when i sent my file for concurrent processing.
Few facts about my case.
EB3 Concurent Filing from texas service center
Labor RD(date of acceptance of labor processing/PD) March 2003
I-140 RD 06/17/2004
I-485 RD 06/17/2004
NO finger printing yet.
I know the battle is still not over yet but i'm happy and enjoying this moment!!!
