Is your ND 10/23/2003 or 2002?. I filed eb1 EA in VSC (concurrently i-140 and i-485), ND 02/05/2003 and hasn't been approved yet. Getting worried that they are doing October 2003 and no news on my thing....

er...i don't want to bring everyone down, but i filed EB1-EA 140/485concurrent with VSC Oct 9th 2002 (yes, that's not an error), am on my 3rd EAD, been FP'd twice (once in Nov 2002, and once on Oct 28th 2004).

My work-appointed attorneys have refused to issue requests for information since the VSC processing dates for i140 are not >30d past RD (14th oct 2002)and calls to local congress office only seems to confirm there's not much they can do until that date changes (even though 485 PD are in mid-2003 time-frame according to VSC)

External (non-work) attorneys and other experts i have consulted comment that I should get approved soon based on FP2 but i'm not too sure..my application is an extremely thick file and I wouldn't review it if it landed on my desk...

Guess i'll have to stick it out (how about the fact that i've had to put up with being in a job prob 18 mo longer than i wanted too...

1st FP 9/15/2004
LUD changed 9/26: FP received, I485 resume processing

2nd EAD ND around 10/6/04
Approved around 11/15/04

I140 Approved 12/1/04

no REF
