How Many Times Did It Change In The Last Few Days?
After applying I140 LUD was never updated. It was 11/11/03 till yesterday. My employer had open status inquiry on 10/30/04. That might have click. I had also called Senator and they responded that since you have filed I140/I485 concurrently, both will be approved together and I1485 date is controlling date.

Even with 485 as controlling date, it's still early and you didnt get concurrent approval...so senator office is bs;ing?

My cas has been stuck for long after an RFE.I want to contact the local Senator.Obviously you have had success in your ase.What is the address and contact details for seeking help from the senator?.Did you visit him directly or did you first took an appointment? Does he have an immigrantion assistant handling the queries/Compalints?

I called senator office and they asked me to fax a letter and I140 receipt. If you do not have receipt then also no problem, you can mention I140 EAC# in letter. I don't think calling Senator helped me as they responded saying my case will be approved with 485. In your case it may help. If calling senator does not help then you may also call congressman. I also called congressman. You will get info from above website. If you need more info then let me know.

I made 3 inquiry ,one through lawyer with AILA , never received reply from them..it is more 30 days... I don't how can we track AILA.
Second with congressman last month , they told me, that I should hear within 30-60 days. At same time I made inquiry with senator , but thr response was different stating me to wait till I-485 dates is current.
SO I don't knw whom to beleive ?
Any comment friends....
