I140 Approved !!

Guys,

My I140 has been approved today after a long wait of 18 + months. No news on I485. I was expecting a concurrent approval but I am happy that atleast I140 is approved.

This forum was a great place for news/support during this period of time. Thanks to Jharkandi, UnitedNations and others for their valuable inputs and analysis.

HI Friends,

I140USER - Congrates . Did you notice any LUD change on ur I485 ?

I don't knw wht s gong on my case. I did not change my address .

My LUD change on my I-485 to 10/13 , 10/14 and I got email on that..

"On October 12, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

ALso I140 LUD changed 2 days in row 10/12 , 10/13

There was LUD change for my I-485 on 8/21 and the message was

"On August 21, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

I had my second finger prints done on 9/3 but there was no update on the message. Although when the senators office called INS (for my I140) they said that they received my second finger prints.

Where are you located

Curious to know if you/your company is based in NY/NJ...I am trying to establish a pattern and see the recent surge of applications from NY/NJ.

Yday, my Brother in laws case was approved with a aug 18 2004 ND...that is pretty fast and his employer is based in NY.

Any information is welcome.
