I140 Approved

You guys rock!! I have been a regular visitor to this forum for quite a while and I really appreciate everyones participation. I will also try to dedicate some time to share my thoughts. Yesterday I got a notification from my attorney that my I140 has been approved. I don't have the exact dates of my filing and approval (I will update them once I get them). Below are the details.

Labor filed (state MA - EB3): June 2002
Labor approved (federal): October 2003
I140 filed (VSC): Early February 2004
I485/EAD/AP filed (VCS): August 2004 (filed as non-concurrent?)
I140 Approved: September 2004 (could be August 2004 as well)

I am not exactly sure when my approval came through and my attorney was on vacation for the last four weeks.

I have a question for you folks. If my I485 application was received before my I140 was approved, then mine will still be considered concurrent, right?

Yes. It is still considered concurrent. Some call it semi-concurrent, but there is officially no semi-concurrent.

Congrats! and good luck for 485

One question on your approval date : Is it not displayed in status of USCIS website when you put your EAC # ? I am curious as my 140 (applied on Mar '04) is still pending ( as per the case status on USCIS website) and if they (USCIS) don't update any activity in website, then, I guess, the only way to figure out the approval is thru lawyer. Please let me know your comments.
