I140 Approved!

Guys!

I think I have crossed 3/4th of the bridge. Yup, I got an email from USCIS
that my I140 has been approved.

Here are my details:

Labor ND 1/2002 AD 8/2003
I140 CP ND 9/15/2003 9/15/2004
I485 AOS (I converted CP to AOS for my I140) ND 9/10/04

I know I am not there yet, but I am sure I am getting there. Good luck

Could you change your CP to 485 after I-140 is approved? or do you need to change it before 140 is approved?

You can do it while I140 is pending!

Normally you would change the CP to AOS after I140 is approved.
Since you are allowed to do concurrent filings these days, you can apply
for I485 while I140 CP is pending.

Mine was EB3 category.
