I140 Approved

My 140 - EB3 ( RD 9/5/03) was approved on 5/4/04. I got an email from USCIS on 5/5/04 . My attorney received approval letter yesterday. No FP yet . Anyone in the forum whose FP has been done who filed concurrent in first week of september 2003 ?

Did you check your online status yet and What does your online status indicate? been updated or still shows the same old crap?

I-140 - Last update on 01/30/2004
No RFEs
 
On Line Status has changed . When I got the Email I went and check the status it has changed to approved.
