thx buddy....no haven't recieved FP yet. I was reading somewhere that USCIS now sends out FP notices about 9-mnonths after filling. So yeah I am expecting it in the next 3-4 weeks. Will definitely post here as soon as I do.

btw...just an fyi, I never got an RFE as well

to be honest with you, i never thought your case is one of those RFE or one of those "out of the blue" cases which get approval earlier then others,ur case got approved based on the processing date,btw..just to let you know there was another discussion going on about these processing dates in another thred and coupl of members were kind enough to describe the logic of processing dates, they mentioned that all cases of of this and before this date are kept on JIT desk and are ready to be processed...in my view those 2 posts were real educational for me as i was not aware of JIT concept...So i really wanna buy the thought of new processing dates, though this new memo thing is really bugiing me after knowing that it is applicable for all concurrent cases and not only for the cases filed after april 30th.

one member mentioned that it is going to be applied for all cases regardless o the fact that they might have been filed in past.

I kind od respectfully disagree with this concept for 2 good reasons.

1. if this is true then they must ask extra money from people like me who filed in sep and paid the fee applicable at that time, would they process my case under new system?

2. here is the bigger reason....I do not wanna beleive on this......:D

plz discuss this topic also.....
