My I140 was approved on March 2nd 2004.

I140 ND March11, 2003 under EB2
I140 AD March 2, 2004

EAD/AP ND Oct 28, 2003
EAD/AP AD feb 16, 2004

I485???

By god's grace there was no rfe. It was a substitution case.
 
Congratulations .... I too am a 3/11/03 filer however i am a EB3 Applicant, hope i too get approved some day soon with out an RFE...

I am 3/7/2003 EB3. I will be opening the case query today with INS. Did you by any chance sent ammendment to your I140 application?

Hey Sudask,
Did you send any ammendment for I140.
I wanna ammend something in I-140 but worried that might have any repurcussions on I-140 processing, Like RD or ND might change.
Any suggestion is appreciated.

I did send an ammendment and I think that has somehow adversely affecting my application priority. I suggest that if you filled a while ago, do not send an ammendment. But I am just speculating. I just opend a case referal for my I140 petition let see what happens.
