i140 approved yesterday

checked on the uscis that my i140 case was approved yesterday. filed 8/15/2003. eb3 non concurrent, i am going for CP in home country. good luck to all!

can u please let know abt ur company size , profits they made in past few years , were u working for this co. ? did ur w-2 salary match the labor salary?
 
company is a fortune100, huge corporation. before 2003 they made a ton of profits, and in 2003 even had to fire some top level people for hiding profits to smooth earnings... my salary i think matched the labor salary but was on the low end or even lower than labor salary. my attorney warned me once about that. i am severly underpaid for my level of education and experience, and i have perpetuated that just to get the green card.
