I140 Approved Where to go??

Hi Guys,

My I140 Approved EB3 RIR on Nov 15 2002. My client gave me offer and if I don't join then I will be out of project.
I can ask for two months extension but my question is whether I should opt for I485 or CP?
Can anybody tell the adv and disad of both processings
