I140 approved - what next?

Hello everybody,

I had my I-140 OR approved this month. Also, received the notice for FP scheduled for next month.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me what happens next?

- FP next month
- Wait for I-485 approval

Is there an interview at some stage of this process?
Also, if I am not working in the same position at the time of this interview, is that a problem?

Usually, if you case is clean, you should be not be called for an interview, though USCIS does schedule interviews randomly for quality control/audit/etc., but probability for random interview for an average case is low.
