My I140 got approved today. I just got the approval emails from USCIS.
And just in time too. My company is getting acquired the day after tomorrow.
Did'nt want the hassle of sending in fresh supporting documents from the new company that the lawyers were frightening me about.
Hopefully I can get the I485 approved in time for the new year.
Provided below is the green card saga so far.

Oct-5-2001 Applied LC RIR
Sep-29-2002 Moved to DOL
July-2-2003 DOL rejects RIR. Sent to EDD regular.
Jan-22-2004 RIR labor approved.(Still no clue how that happened. am not complaining though)
April 12-2004 I140 (EB3) RD
May-29-2004 I485 RD
Dec-22-2004 I140 Approval date.
