I140 not approved / no RFE for more than 365 days

Could people who fall in the above critera please post their details. It will give us an idea as to what extent the dates published by USCIS can be trusted on. Also it will tell us what the worst could be ..........

My lawyers got a call from BCIS asking them to withdraw an earlier I140 that was filed with the lc that has been used for me. Our lawyers/company have submitted the required paperwork for them to revoke the older petition and approve mine. Havent heard from them since then. So you can cosider it an rfe, and this was just 2nd week of jan, which is exactly an year from RD. I think thats about the time. an year.

Semi-concurrent
I485/ead/ap rd 04/2003
NO rfe on any of those nor have i recieved ead and ap. I think that is contingent on I140 approval.
 
I-140 in CSC

I have applied for I-140 with California Servcie Center in July 2002 . (not Concurrent). No RFE so far and waiting fro approval.
I have not applied for I-485.

My I-140 was filed using substitute labor in Aug'02. I-485 not filed. No RFEs so far.

have you tried contacting the service center through your lawyer to find out why ur case has been pending so long

I-485, EAD, AP RD-Dec. 17th 2002
2 RFEs on I-140. Last RFE was responded 9 months back. It is more than 2 years now. Just wanted to share the info with you guys. Did not hear anything on I-485, EAD, AP.
