I140 Approved - July Case

Hi,

I just recieved approval notice from my employer and what's surprising is USCIS website still says my I140 is not approved and takes about blah blah...

Here are the details:

I140
ND 07/07/04
PD 08/29/04
AD 02/16/05

First of all congrats for your approval. What is your category (EB1, EB2 or EB3)?

My case RD is 07/22/04 category EB1 but I haven't received anything so far...

You had LUD change on your I140 before you got the approval.
Can you please highlight it ..
What you mean above is that on your I140 status says something else and your company recieved I140 approval in mail ??

Yes, I saw LUD change on Feb 17th. That led me to think maybe that my I140 got approved. I enquired with my attorney near a week later and he confirmed it. Regarding status message on my I140, if I go to site and check the message it still says following:

"Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on July, 2004. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."
