Got the e-mail this morning. It was sent yesterday at 23.45. Looks like they are working the nights.

I485 - RD: 08/18/2004
EAD/AP - AP: somewhere in Nov' 2004
PD - Don't know, If it is when I started with local LC should be somewhere in fall 2002
EB3, OH, not affected

Congratulations! Since you are not affected by retrogression, I wonder when they'll get to your 485.

As for having received the email late at night, the online status system updates in the evenings, it's not quite real time.

not Affected by retro would mean a faster 485 --?

Sometimes it loooks like NSC has put all it resources from 485 to 140 group... Makes wide majority of guys relaxed a bit with 140 approvals ...
