No RFE

Concurrent filing I-485 in Sep02

And I belive as many of you are saying that they are handling I-140 cases based on I-485 ND for concurrent filings

All of you in this forum were a major support for past 10 months

Could you please let us know your RD/ND for I-485? This will give us some more idea and more strength to our logic of BCIS using I-485 ND in case of concurrent filing.

Just for your info mine EAC0220253XXX. I have short listed all EAC number in our series. Today one of them got approved. It was RFE Case. They are approving just RFE cases

Tammy here is the update

I just checked the status online, it changed that they sent the RFE on my case today. So I'll be waiting for that and update you all. Smile there is movement man...... ;)
