I am getting offer 70$/hr. in GC my company mention to pay 80K/Year. is it ok if I change job ?

Some of friend advice me not to inform INS and file AC21. My I485 may approved in oct.

yes, it's safe. The salary diff could raise a red flag, though. Is this 70/hr as an employee or is part of it going to a consulting firm? All depends on that.
