Hi,
Today in the mail my employer got my I 140 Approval letter Approval Date March 23, 2005 (LUD changed on 3/23 and 3/24 but still says it will take 400 to 450 days for approval but got approval letter dated 3/23.)
On March 9th Received Finger Print and Biomaterics letter Schedule Date 04/25/2005 but me and my wife both got finger print done on 03/21 at Memphis Service Centre no problem at all just i have to wait for 1 hour.
I485 LUD changed on 3/22 for myself and my wife with same message i.e. it will take 800 to 850 days for approval.
I need advice about I 485 LUD change does it sound like TSC received my finger prints or it is just nothing.
Shall i call FBI for finger print and Name check or wait and see....
