Hi,
My i140 got approved a couple of days ago from company A. I have a very good job offer from company B. But I still have one year left on my H1 visa (6 year completion). So if I apply for H1b transfer to company B,
1) do i get only one year extension or can i get 3 years of H1 extension based on approved i140 (the reason for me asking this is, my current company would cancel my i140 as soon as they know about me leaving the company)
2) will there be any issues if I use my i140 for visa transfer as the 140 is very recently approved
