I140 approved H1B extension

GC-PERM LC applied - Oct 20 2005
LC approved - Nov 20 2005
I140 applied - Dec 20 2005
I140 approved - Jan 2006

H1B 6 years expiring on - 2006 Sept 10

Can I get extension even though labor was applied within 365 days of H1B expiration date.

You can go for 3 year extn..based on I-140 approved

u are all set for 3 yrs I guess...u r company can do the needful or your attorney.
