I140 Approved finally

Hi Everyone,

I got the magic email few minutes back of my I-140 getting approved.
I have not got any response for my I485 yet.

Here are my case detail
Concurrent filing EB3 case
I140/I485 - ND - 10/15/2003 RD - 10/17/2003
I140 Approval Date - 11/04/2004
1st Fp date 01/16/2004
FP results were sent to USCIS on 01/26/2004

This is a feeling which cannot be described and I wish everyone gets it.

I hope I get my 485 soon.

Yes, I did name check.
I emailed 3 times , faxed once and called personally.
The lady at FBI told me that they have lot of backlog and they need some time to process pending request. I had called the lady in 2 week of october. I still havent' go tany response back.

Also now I checked my 485 the LUD has changed but the status has not. Why would this happen?

Did you notice any LUD changes before approval of your 140 ?
