I140 approved EB2 exactly one year

Checked online, our case was approved on March 17th. It's exactly one year from the RD. Our # is EAC03125.....

It's a LC EB2 case. Labor was approved on the end of 2002. No REF.

This is my first post here. I want to share this with you. Looks like Vermont center is working now.

Forgot to say, our EAD expires on 15th of April. We applied renewal on the beginning of January. My husband's got his new EAD last week and I140 approved this week. I guess the EAD renewal helped the I140. Who knows? But my new EAD hasn't neen approved yet. I have to stop working if I can't get that before the old one expires. He still works as H1. We didn't apply AP at all. But I'm thinking to apply one. Our I485 had the same RD (EAC03125) We did Finger Print on May last year.
