My I140 is approved with my current employer. I can't file for 485 as I am from a retrogressed country and my labor was filed under EB-3. My priority date is April-2003. I asked my employer to file a new labor under EB-2 but he is not willing to do that.
I am planning to have my GC processed thru another employer under EB-2. I want to retain my priority date. Does anybody now how this can be done ?
I have read somewhere that it can be done during I140 stage, but anybody has more details about this ?
