I want share my experience here.

I have a 3 years Bachelors Science Degree , 3 years law Degree ( Law degree requires 3 years bachelors) and two diplomas in Computers from private computer institutes in India. I have over 10 years of IT experience.

In my labor in 750 , specifies bachelor of science or computer science equvivalent.

My earlier evaluation for H1B (done 1999) was based on B.SC and computer diploma) and IT experience in India , my company presented same evaluation for 140 also. Yet USCIS put a query on 140.

I had the educational evaluation done by two companies , the evaluators did not consider my diplomas and accepted my two university degrees and equated them to US equvivalent Bachelor of Science.

Good grace i140 was approved with in 3 days after RFE was received .
It was a very very tough time for me till today and Iam very happy that it was over (may be a nightmare ).

Thanks, It must be really long wait for you since 05/2004 . Hope our PD becomes current ASAP Any idea as about PD moving ahead this month.
