I140 approval notice returned to CIS - Is this bad?

Hello fellow members,

Please give me your adivse on this. My I140 got approved about a month ago. But since the sponsoring company laid off everyone and closed shop the approval notice was returned by USPS as undeliverable. The one sent to my attorney reached him fine. The online case status says that the notice was returned and I should call to have it resent or address updated.

In the meantime my 485 got approved and I am going for stamping in two weeks. What should I do about the I140 approval notice? Are they going to revoke it since it was undelivered? The sponsoring company promised me that they will not withdraw my 140 petition. And I also have a similar job with same pay now. So I guess I am fine w.r.t AC21 (though I haven't filed it). My lawyer says I should not worry about the returned I140.

What are you suggestions? Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.

I have the same issue. My 140 approval notice is also returned to CIS because of the representive of the company left the company. The notice could not be delivered to her. But my lawyer received a copy. My I485 is still pending. I don't know whether it will affect the processing of my I485. My lawyer also told me it is not a problem. but I knew someone did have trouble with this issue. Can someone give us some suggestions? Thanks
