I140 Approval - Name Misspelt; What to do???

Hi folks,

I got my I140 approval. There is a spelling mistake in my last name (one extra alphabet included). What should be done to rectify this before applying for I485? I heard changes can be done while applying for I485 without any kind of processing with INS. Is it true?
