My I-140 got approved about a month ago (checked from the uscis.gov website). But so far, neighther my company nor the attorney received the approval notice. As INS sends all these documents in regular mail. I was told by attorney office that it is that it might get lost and we need to apply for a duplicate and it might take upto 3 months. Anyone went through such situation and share their experiences? Alternatives? Facts? Thanks
