I140 Approval for petitions dated 2003?

Hi there,

Has anybody who applied for I140 this year(2003) gotten it approved. My RD is 01/17/2003, Semi concurrent filing (I485/EAD/AP RD 04/17/2003, and EB3) Havent heard about any of the above four from BCIS. Any body with any good news.

i got RFE

Hi,
my ND date was 1/9/2003 (EB3), got RFE in August, we replied Oct 9th. Waiting after that.

I think you should check if RFE or something was given...
