I140 Approval - couple of questions

Hello All,

I would like to ask any one who's been through the same situation as me and was wondering if any one could answer my following questions:

1. My I140 petition was denied by TSC and since then I had filed a new petition which is being processed by NSC. While NSC was processing my petition I got a notice from TSC indicating that they needed some documents which I sent them. Couple of days later, I got my I140 approved by TSC. Now do I need to inform USCIS that they can stop processing my other petition at NSC or there's no need to inform them?

2. My 6th year of H1 will expire in early next year. Since I have my I140 approved, can I apply for 3 year H1 extension along with 3 year H4 extension for my wife? Do I need to do anything special for this 3 year extension?

I would greatly appreciate if any one in this forum can help me answer my questions.

Thanks.

Did you filed for a permium processing in NSC?
Did you made any changes when you filed a new petition in NSC?
Is there any way to know if NSC got the LC from TSC etc or vice-versa?
