My attorney would be filing my application for I 140 premium processing(EB3)
Here are the details on my labor certification:

Bachelors or euqi combi of edu/or experience.
Major field of study:
Comuter science, Physics, Management Info systems or related.

Must have a BS in computer Science or a related degree or foreign equivalent & 3 years of related experience in lieu of bachelor's degree ,will accept a combination of education& or experience euivaent to a bachelors degree.Must & SDK background . Will accept any suitable combination of education/training/experience.
I have completed Bsc degree (majors: Physics, Electronic instrumentation)from Inda and 18 months course from NIIT .
What are the chances of I140 getting approved.??
My attorney had messed up my prev labor certification (PD:2003)she realised later and filed second app through perm process. I am about to file for I 140 for my second application.
What are the chances of getting an approval in EB3 category.?
