Thank you for the reply. I was asking about the eligibility for an "Indian" citizen in EB3 category. I tried to look at the link, when I looked at Employee Based Preferences-> 3rd category is showing 01-JUL-98 for India. Did I look at the correct table? I guess you mentioned that the current date is Apr2001 for eligibility.
