Hello gurus,

I just received email updates from UCIS regarding my I140 appeal and my I140 status. Please refer to attached:

Does anyone know what all this means? Is it a good sign that my I290B is sent back to NSC? Or is this the case where AAO rejects my I140 appeal and sent it back to NSC?

I am very nervous now and I appreciate if anyone who has similar experience or know what this message means reply to my query.

Thanks in advance.

if your educational evl is done correctly as mentioned/equivalant to LC requirement, you might be getting approval!!!!

Hi guys,

Wanted to share you my case. My attorney updated my case and confirmed my appeal through AAO was denied. They are standing behind NSC decision my 3-yr engr degree is not a 4-yr US bachelor degree; despite an attestation by a college professor that my credentials is equivalent. If anyone of you who has filed appeal through NSC, I would suggest you have a back up plan. NSC is probably the only f*....king agency who intepret education equivalency differently.

My attorney has since refiled my LC and specifically mentioned my 3-yr degree requirement but was told this will take more than a year before any approval. He told me there is a recent guideline on job advertisment when anyone file LC. He has also filed premium processing to convert my L1-B to L1-A since I am have assumed an excutive/management position and he is confident this will be a successful "back-door" route without having to go through LC. He also mentioned my company always has its I-140 approved. Once my L1-A is approved, he will wait 30 days then refile my I485. He told me I should have my GC by July next year. Not sure what basis he is basing on since everything now is dependent on CIS decision. But I am feeling better with his course of action. I also intend to file for Canadian GC as a back up.

Good luck to all....

Sorry to hear....

first thing dont trust lawyers fully, as they may not completely.... because you said

"My attorney has since refiled my LC and specifically mentioned my 3-yr
degree requirement"

Why he did not notice to file LC with 3yr degree first time ? - this tells he do not fully.

So take other opinion also..
